What can we “stuff” with healthy, flavorful ingredients? How about – pork chops, potatoes, winter squash, and Eckert’s apples? Plan to stuff your own pork chops while we demonstrate double stuffed potatoes, wild rice stuffed winter squash, and Eckert’s apples stuffed with oatmeal and brown sugar.
