Welcome to the 1920’s where bathtubs were made for one thing only – to make gin! Lot’s of gangsters are showing up at “Cherry’s Speakeasy” to talk about the turf war going on between the Corneolis and the Buttafuccos. Serve with roasted chicken or meatloaf plus lots of traditional 1920’s fare. $35.00/person includes appetizer, meal, drink (non-alcoholic), entertainment & tax. Event begins at 6 pm.

Everyone had so much fun in this class last time, so we had to do it again! Join Lana Shepek to learn how to make pastry crust from scratch. We will use frozen and fresh fruits to make crowd-pleasing desserts. Everyone will practice making a pie crust shell.

Adult Cooking Class – Meat or Meatless
Want to learn how to make a few versatile recipes for meat and non-meat eating guests? Angie Eckert, former vegetarian, will share her favorite versatile recipes for both audiences. All recipes will be prepared with meat and without so that you can taste for yourself. Angie will prepare pasta with parmesan, garlic and squash, gnocchi with fresh tomatoes (and prosciutto), savory quiche (with bacon) and more. Angie’s recipes will utilize dairy products and eggs.

Murder Mystery Dinner – Fist Full of Hollars
It’s a party thrown by Digger Deep, the local mortician who is trying to drum up a little business. A chuckwagon dinner featuring pulled pork or bbq chicken, baked beans, skillet fried corn & au gratin potatoes. $35.00/person includes appetizer, meal, drink (non-alcoholic), entertainment & tax. Event begins at 6 pm.
